St. Mary's Medical Center - Total Woman

Total Woman is a free membership program by St. Mary’s to help empower women to make good health care decisions and take action that will result in better health for themselves and their families. The program also offers special discounts from local businesses and hosts regular events. Every department in the medical center has elected a “Total Woman” advocate to provide women with the best care. These advocates specialize in women’s health and work closely with the Total Woman program.

Who is it for?

All women in the community.

Why do they do it?

Given the challenges women face today in finding time for regular health check-ups and screenings, St. Mary’s Total Woman program was created to help women quickly navigate the health care system and connect them with advanced health services at the medical center.

Impact

The program’s membership has grown to more than 4,000 members since its inception in June 2012.
