Renown Health - Healing Arts

Through the Healing Arts program, Renown Health partners with local art agencies, the University School of Medicine and area school districts to showcase original artwork from local and regional artists, offer two healing garden spaces (one dedicated specifically to children’s needs), hold monthly concerts and performances open to the public and offer other programs that integrate art in a healing environment. More than 200 artists locally, regionally and globally have their art showcased at Renown.

Why do they do it?

The program builds community and supports the arts by connecting local artists and performance groups with an untraditional venue and a grateful audience.

Impact

Annually, Renown Regional Medical Center sees more than 750,000 visitors and holds 18 community performances.
