Who is it for?

Adults age 50 and over.

Why do they do it?

The program was designed as a response to the growing needs of the older adult population in the hospital’s service area, to improve their quality of life and their access to health care information. It also offers the individual the opportunity to learn about the different options that enable them to be proactive in their health care choices and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
