Who is it for?

People diagnosed with common chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and early breast or prostate cancer.

Why do they do it?

More than 100 million Americans are diagnosed with chronic disease. The Lifestyle 180 program was developed to respond to the need for effective intervention in line with the mission of the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute to make preventive medicine and wellness the driving force in society.

Impact

Launched in 2008, the program has provided guidance and support for more than 600 people. Participants have shown significant improvement in biometrics, physiological markers, psychosocial outcomes and overall reversal of chronic disease rates.
