Children's National Medical Center - Healthy Generations Program

Since 1995, the Healthy Generations Program has provided a medical home, using the “teen-tot” model of care. Adolescent parents and their children are seen by the same provider in the same office visit, while also meeting with social work and counseling staff. In addition, parenting support groups are held in local high schools and area clinics.
