Collaboration: AHA Executive Forum Atlanta
On May 9, 2019, The Value Initiative hosted an AHA Executive Forum in Atlanta where hospital and health system leaders shared insights and explored opportunities to address value and affordability in health care. While the forum explored a variety of topics, one theme resonated throughout the day – collaboration. Listen to a recorded panel from the Forum, moderated by Melinda Estes, president and CEO of St. Luke's Health System and chair-elect of AHA's Board of Trustees. Panelists included Beneta D. Burt, president and CEO of the Mississippi Urban League, Dr. Rick Foster, executive director of the Alliance for a Healthier South Carolina, and Maria Pinzon, executive director of Hispanic Services Council.
