The AHA’s American Organization for Nursing Leadership affiliate has elected four new members to its board of directors effective Jan. 1. Joy Parchment, nursing faculty member at the University of Central Florida in Orlando; Rachel Culpepper, general medicine service line director at Indiana University (Avon) Health West Hospital; Christi Nguyen, associate chief nursing officer of nurse excellence at UT Southwestern in Dallas; and Sylvain “Syl” Trepanier, system chief nursing officer at Providence in Renton, Wash.
