AHA and the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity today released the second of its five-part DEI Data Insights series, which highlights results from the last DEI Benchmark Survey. The second volume analyzes hospitals’ and health systems’ strategies for workforce diversity. Hospital and health system leaders are expected to receive the 2024 DEI Benchmark Survey by the end of January.
